Obituary of Larry E. Stauffer

Larry E. Stauffer, age 82, of Upper Chichester, PA, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2024, at Riddle Hospital. Born in Dauphin County and raised in Lancaster, PA, Larry made Upper Chichester his home for the past 58 years. A dedicated employee for 31 years of Sun Oil, Larry was also a talented carpenter, using his skills in his spare time.

He was a proud graduate of Chester High School, Class of 1961, and served honorably in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Larry's passions included hunting, fishing, carpentry, working in his yard, and watching the Phillies. His greatest joy came from spending time with his beloved grandchildren and taking them out for ice cream.

In addition to his parents, Roy B. and Ruth B. Stauffer, Larry is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Gail A. Spence Stauffer, who passed away in 2008, as well as his sister, Darlene, and brother, Roy Jr. He is survived by his two daughters, Pamela A. (Wayne Jr.) Richardson and Jennifer G. (Matthew) Czyszczon; two sisters, Sandy Bruce and Sylvia Stauffer; and five grandchildren, Chris (Amy), Anthony, and Amber Richardson, as well as Kelsey and Kacie Czyszczon.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 2:00–3:00 PM at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA, followed by a Memorial Service at 3:00 PM. Interment will be private.
