Arlene resided in West Chester, PA, for the past 3 years, having previously lived in Claymont, DE, for 26 years.

Arlene dedicated her life to education, beginning as a teacher in the Easton Area School District and later serving as a devoted full-time substitute teacher for Garnet Valley, Penn-Delco, and Upper Chichester School Districts. She was a proud alumna of West Chester Teaching School, now West Chester University.

Outside of her professional life, Arlene was an active member of her community. She served as a former Boy Scout Leader, enjoyed bowling, bird watching, and cherished her visits to the beach. A passionate sports fan, Arlene cheered on the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles with enthusiasm.

Deeply committed to her faith, Arlene was an active member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Claymont, DE. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, David H. Fry, Sr., her son David H. Fry, Jr., brothers, Charles A. Roseberry and Richard Roseberry, and son-in-law Jeffery Smith.
