Our deepest condolences to your family. My grandparents lived on Okiola Ave. The Holdens, and as young as can remember he would stop by to get a glass of my grandmothers homemade iced tea at least 2 or 3 times a week! What a great man and Officer! He will be missed..

Corporal James W. Pullin was truly a dedicated Police Officer who performed his duties in an exemplary manner. Commitment to service to the Community began at an early age by his involvement with Boothwyn Fire Company. Always willing to go the extra mile to help others was his legacy. A number of the Upper Chichester and Bethel Township Police Officers learned important skills by working alongside of Corporal Pullin. He was never one to shy away from a challenge. Corporal Pullin left his mark in Law Enforcement and thru his example many have benefited, including myself. Rest in Peace. William T. Robinson, Police Chief, Retired, and Family Upper Chichester Township

Who knew when Jim stopped at the Upper Chichester police station to ask advice about ask about a neighborhood, that the police officer he talked to would become our next door neighbor for 31 years. What a great neighbor . The laughter and the tears we shared together were so memorable. The trips we took together unforgettable. My heart and prayers are with you Dawn. As everyone says, he was one of and kind and unforgettable. Rest is Peace Jack. Erva Mitchell
