Obituary of Concetta Natale

Concetta "Connie" Natale, age 77 of Monroeville, NJ, passed away on June 9, 2024 at Inspira Medical Center, Mullica Hill, NJ. Born in Caserta, Italy, Connie resided for the past 6 years with her daughter, Maryann, in Monroeville, NJ, previously residing for over 35 years in Springfield, Upper Darby, and S.W. Philadelphia. Connie immigrated to the U.S. in 1963 at the age of 16. She was a cook at Monsignor Bonner High School for 40 years retiring in 2018. Connie was devoted to her faith and was an active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. She enjoyed cooking, canning tomatoes, shopping with her daughter, and spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Angelo and Anna San Marco Perone, Connie is preceded in death by her husband, Mario Natale, who died in 2017, and six siblings. She is survived by two children, Maryann (Joe) Plefka and Mike (Sally) Natale, sister, Filomena Cappabianca, four grandchildren, Nicole and Sara Natale, and Joey and Alex Plefka, and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 15 from 10-11AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 2130 Franklin Ave., Morton, PA, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Interment, S.S.
