Obituary of Sabia C. Urban

Sabia (nee DiPietro) Urban, age 82 of Boothwyn, passed away on December 9, 2023 in her home with her loving husband George Urban faithfully by her side. Sabia and George were married for 61 years and built a beautiful life together. Born in South Philadelphia to Nick and Antonetta (Mancino) DiPietro, she grew up in Yeadon and attended Holy Child Academy in Sharon Hill. Sabia spent the majority of her lifetime in Drexel Hill, Pa. There, she raised her children, Stephen (Alison) Urban and Tara (Rick) Fox. It was there that she welcomed her five grandchildren; Alaina, Laura, and Timothy Urban and Kylie and Veronica Fox. Sabia was devoted to raising her family, providing a lovely home, and doing everything she could to bring happiness to the lives of others. Family and friends shared many Sunday dinners around her table and enjoyed her unmistakable laugh. In 2006, Sabia moved to Creekside Village in Boothwyn and continued to grow her life with many friends she met there. Sabia's family asks that you honor her by living life to the fullest and never let a day go by without showing those in your life just how much they are loved. Funeral services will be private.
