Obituary of Stephen F. Eder

Stephen F. Eder, age 72, of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully on September 14, 2023 at Cadia Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family. He was raised in Havertown, PA by his late parents, Herman F. and Madeline Titchenell Eder. Steve resided in Wilmington for 6 years, previously residing in Drexel Hill, PA. Stephen graduated from Havertown High School, class of 1969, before attending Widener University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in history.  He would then go on to be a registered nurse, getting his certification from Delaware County Community College. Stephen enjoyed watching the Phillies and traveling to places such as Williamsburg and Bermuda with his wife & Family. He was also a member of the Freemasons. Stephen is survived by his wife Nancy F. Eder of 46 years, daughter, Laura O.V. Eder and husband Mark Cole, brother John Eder and wife Joan and 2 grandchildren: Kestra and Arwen Cole. A viewing for Stephen will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 10AM-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA 19060. A Funeral Service will follow at 11AM. Interment will be at S.S Peter & Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
