Obituary of Susan Claire Miles

Susan Claire Miles, aged 73, of Boothwyn, PA passed away on August 31, 2023 at her home. Born to Harry Lincoln Stillwell III and Jean Hathaway Stillwell in Philadelphia, she resided in Southeast PA most of her life, save several years in Colorado. Her career included administration in the Bryn Mawr Hospital NICU and management of medical transcription office. She retired in 2013 and moved to Upper Chichester in 2015. Her hobbies included crocheting, flower gardening, and interior decorating. Her love for her family was limitless and she cherished time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a reliable, giving, and kind person. In addition to her parents, Susan is preceded in death by her twin sister, Carol Johnston, and half-sister, Lorie. She is survived by her children Rebecca (Stephen) Canna, Tammy (Mark) Heffron, and Scott (Sarah) Canna; grandchildren Dean, Adeleine, Penelope, and Lorelei; and half-sister, Linda Smith. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 30 from 10-11AM at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA followed by a memorial service at 11AM.
