With deepest condolences to all family and friends on Dee's passing. I worked with Dee for 15 years and always looked forward to seeing her. She was a true professional and always kept us engineers on the straight and narrow in our designs and builds. She was always so supportive and kind in helping us to learn the proper ways of doing things. She will be missed greatly and made a big impact on my life. With fond memories of Dee, all my best! Sending deepest condolences to Dee's family. I had the pleasure of working alongside her for many years at Boeing, and Dee had a deep passion for her work, as well as her multitude of hobbies, and cared for those around her. She was the sweetest person and will be greatly missed.

I send my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Frances Dee Allison. I had the pleasure of working with Dee for over 20 Years with ~10 of them being her Senior Manager at The Boeing Company. As her Obituary states, Dee was known for adding thoughtful controversy (aka "Spice") to each project and discussion she was engaged in. The knowledge that Dee possessed about the products she worked on was her signature. Dee knew every part of every vehicle that passed through her area of responsibility. She was a leader and value adding contributor to every team and program that she supported. In Phantom Works Quality, our team takes pride in being capable of standing alone and stating what we know to be "The Right Thing to do". Dee faced that challenge regularly and with a courage and passion that created a remarkable legacy, for her, and our team. She was able to use her humor and wit at times when things became tense and always "found a way" to identify the win-win solution.
