Obituary of Lorraine P. Kershinski

Lorraine P. Kershinski, age 72, of Media, PA passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born to the late John L. and Beatrice L. Williams Kershinski in Shamokin, PA, she resided in Aston, PA for the past 14 years, previously residing in Boothwyn, PA. Lorraine was a graduate of Chester High School, Class of 1968, and worked as a quality inspector for A.H. Wirz manufacturing company for many years. She enjoyed shopping, gaming, and watching television and movies. Lorraine was an animal lover and loved spending time with family, especially her nieces and nephews. Lorraine is survived by her siblings, Jackie M. Baysore, Jack L. (Charlene) Kershinski, and Robert "Rocky" D. (Deborah) Kershinski; her sister-in-law, Alice Kershinski; eight nieces and nephews, her great nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Pippi. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 15 at noon at Village Green Hall, 1000 Park Ave, Media, PA. Memorial contributions may be made in Lorraine's honor to either the Providence Animal Shelter (providenceac.org) or to a charity of the donor's choice.
