Obituary of Bruno Emidio Bruni

Bruno E. Bruni of Upper Chichester, PA, passed away on April 29, 2023 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Bruno was born in Chester, PA to Emidio and Lucia Procaciolli Bruni and was raised in Marcus Hook, PA. Bruno graduated from Ridley Park High School in 1953 as well as St. Joseph's University in 1957. Bruno served his country in the US Army Reserves after college and soon started his own real estate business, Bruno Bruni Real Estate, for which he owned and operated for over 50+ years. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Marcus Hook, a member of the Upper Chichester Business Association, and former president of the Chichester Rotary Club. He enjoyed working in his yard and gardening, vacationing at the Jersey Shore, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Pirates fan. Most of all, Bruno loved spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his parents, Bruno is preceded in death by his wife Margaret (Gaal) Bruni and his daughter Bernadette Bongiorno. He is survived by his daughter Colette Bruni, grandson, Kevin Bongiorno, and son-in-law Theodore Bongiorno. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 9:15- 10:15 AM at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4225 Chichester Ave, Boothwyn, PA, followed by a 10:30 Funeral Mass. Interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
