Obituary of Walter William Boettger Jr.

Walter "Buck" William Boettger Jr., age 79 of Folsom, PA passed away on April 20, 2023 at home surrounded by his family. Born to Walter W., Sr. and Isabella Beatrice Pitt Boettger in Philadelphia, PA, he resided the past 25 years in Folsom, PA, previously residing in Glen Mills, PA. Walter graduated from Ridley High School and worked as an entrepreneur. He cheered for all Philadelphia sports teams but the Eagles were his favorite. Walter was a PIAA referee for over 30 years and loved to play golf. Walter was the ultimate family man and cherished his time with them, especially his children and grandchildren. Walter is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Judith Fitz Boettger, whom he loved dearly, 3 children, Karen Walls, Lori Boettger, Robert G. Evans (Karyn), and Walter "Chip" W. Boettger III (Maureen), grandchildren; David, Ashley, Eric, Julianna, Natalie, Will, Veronica, Isabella, and Shayne, and 5 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Wednesday , April 26, 2023 at from 2PM to 3PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed by a funeral service at 3PM.
