Obituary of Mae Miller

Mae Miller, 88, of Boothwyn, PA entered into eternity on February 26, 2023 at her home. Born & raised in Concord Township, PA, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Lidie Talley Quinn. Mae was a legal secretary for Franklin Seyfert in Media, PA, and also served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Trainer United Methodist Church. Prior to these positions, she worked for Elmer Guthrie Construction. Mae enjoyed being involved in her community as a member of the Chichester Band Association, and as a manager of the Chichester football game concession stand. In addition, she served as Treasurer at Price Street Church. She and her husband, David, were both avid dancers and were involved in a bowling league for many years. Together, they also enjoyed motorcycle cruises organized by the Boeing Club as well as those they organized themselves.

Mae is predeceased by 6 siblings, Edith (Baldwin) Zebley, Agnes (Irvin) Slider, Elsie (Earl) Slider, Mabel (Bill Jr.) Carlin, Howard "Bud" (Dorothy) Quinn, and Arthur Quinn who died as an infant. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, David P. Miller, Jr., 3 children, Janet (Frank) LaChance, Laurie (Dave Beehner) Hailey, and David P. (Denise) Miller, III; 6 grandchildren, Nathan Bryant, Kevin Bryant, Maegan Hailey, Lauren (Eric) Buck, Dakota (Evan) Hilt, and David P. Miller, IV; and 3 great-grandchildren, Caleb, Landon, and Finley Hilt.

A visitation will be held at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA from 10-11am on March 2, 2023, followed immediately by a funeral service at 11am.
