I am sad to learn that Carole passed away. I am sorry that the last few years have been challenging for her and for her family.
Carole was a dear friend and co-worker at Bank of Delaware/PNC and then at Christiana Bank and Trust Company.
She was highly regarded by colleagues and clients alike. Her kind and always friendly manner was appreciated by all.
With deepest sympathy and warmest regards, Sandy Lee

My loving, caring and giving Mother-in-law.. My heart aches for the loss of my other Mother. When I met her 34 years ago, she and the rest of the family immediately made me feel comfortable and loved.
She already knew my father, Harley Wooster, who frequented the Bank of Delaware Hockessin branch where she worked. She would fondly tell me stories about how my father would come in wearing his many hats and his friendly chats with everyone.
I forgave her a long time ago for all the chocolate milk stains that came home on my little kids clothes after they babysat. LoL Grandparents!
Not mentioned in the obituary was the time she helped out with the children at a New Jersey Hospital. I don't remember all the details; but it was a volunteering service she gave for the children.
She always gave her heart to everyone she knew and then some.
Gone too soon. Will miss the great lady, mother, grandmother and friend to many.
Loving daughter, Liz

Aunt Carol I miss our funny conversations together.
No matter what kind of day I was having you always made me laugh!!
You were the type of person that made someone feel better after seeing you than they did before!!
The kids found you so comical and could not wait to run over and see you as soon as we got to the shore!
Mrs Hanigan never did come out of the attic but you kept them on their toes with that story, the older kids still find it comical and the smallest still turn an eye up to the attic at the house and ask if she is real. lol
It still seems like yesterday that Chris introduced me to you and you were teaching me how to make homemade bows! I will always remember your beautiful handwriting on our wedding invitations and the love you put into helping with them. I will miss exchanging books to read also.
We love you very much and enjoyed all the memories you made possible with the yearly get together at Christmas time. Like my husband Chris said, It would not have been possible without your love and devotion.

Aunt Carol….. what can I say …. you were always one to have a good laugh with and always up for a trip over to AC !
I remember spending entire days at the beach with my mother
( Bobbie - your sister ) and your guys Mother ( Mimi - to us ) from sunup to sundown then going back and getting washed up and then back to the boardwalk for the night. It was awesome growing up like that and you were a big part of that !
You always enjoyed playing Mrs. Clause and buying presents for everyone in the family and would buy stuff way ahead of time to make sure you had time to put your special touches on the wrapping of the gifts !
You weren’t just my Aunt you were also my Godmother & you will ALWAYS be missed !
I just wanted to thank you again for ALL of those years that you went to the trouble of making me my own special birthday cake !
You could of just bought one but that wouldn’t of been made with the love you had for me and our family.
Love Chris
