Sarah A. Banks, age 81, passed away on February 8, 2023. A visitation will be held on February 17, Friday from 9:30AM - 11:00AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at Chester Rural Cemetery, Upland, PA.
