Obituary of Joseph W. Fedena

Joseph W. Fedena, age 93 of Concord Twp., PA passed away on December 12, 2022 at home. He has resided in Glen Mills, PA for the past 26 years, previously residing in Aston, PA. A proud veteran, he served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. An electrical engineer, Joseph worked for the Department of the Navy for 35 years retiring in the late 1980's. He was a member of St. Cornelius Catholic Church, and was a past member of the Knights of Columbus. Joe enjoyed family trips in his motor home traveling throughout the U.S.. He also enjoyed cruises traveling to different continents. Joe was very handy and enjoyed organizing and working on his home. In addition to his parents, Joseph and Stella Elder Fedena, Joseph is preceded in death by a sister, Connie Oatley. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Caroline Marchlik Fedena, 4 children, Karen Perkins, Jacqui Kolle, Lynn Skiles and Steve (Gina) Fedena, sister, Elaine Collins, brother in law, John Marchlik, sister in law, Pam Marchlik, 7 grandchildren, Taylor McLaughlin (Eric), Erika Hanson (Matt Brazis), Brandon Kolle, Brett Hanson, Luke Fedena, Ty Hughes and Kelly Fedena, also many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Saturday, 8:45-9:45AM at St. Cornelius Catholic Church, 160 Ridge Road, Chadds Ford, PA, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM.
