Obituary of Ruth A. Giduck

Ruth A. Giduck, age 84 of Aston, PA passed away on June 2, 2022 at her home. Born to John P. Hughes and Maude W. (Reynolds) Hughes in Linwood, she resided for the past 62 years in Aston, PA. She was the class valedictorian at Chichester High School graduating in 1956. She spent the early years of her adult life as a wife and mother, living at various military bases throughout the country while her husband served in the US Air Force. Ruth was a member of St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, the Chichester Alumni Band and the Red Hat Society. She loved traveling to see friends, but mostly Ruth loved spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Richard P. Giduck, her son, James E. Giduck and her brother, Jack Hughes. She is survived by 2 sons, Mike (with wife Nancy) Giduck and John (with wife Shari) Giduck, her sister, Helen Burns, and 4 grandchildren, Michael, Alexandra, Richard, and Joe. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 10, 2022, from 2-3PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a memorial service at 3PM. Interment will be held privately.
