Obituary of Albert J. Lancianese, Sr.

Albert J. Lancianese, Sr., age 91 of Boothwyn, PA, passed away on May 24, 2022 at home. Born to Pasquale and Graziella DiLodovico Lancianese in Linwood, PA, Albert was raised in Linwood, and a life-long resident of Boothwyn, PA. He worked as a self-employed Mason in the construction business, and did plastering, stucco and cement work. He retired in 1990. In his free time, Albert was known to be an outdoorsman; he loved camping, and was an avid hunter who especially enjoyed hunting deer. Albert also enjoyed making and bottling his own wine, and liked to watch boxing matches. In addition to his parents, Albert is preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years , Elena F. Lancianese, who passed away in 2014, and his daughter Marie Scott, who passed away in 2011 and is survived by her husband John Scott. Albert is survived by his son, Albert J. (Gerlinde) Lancianese, Jr., grandchildren Albert M. and Brittany L. Lancianese, great grandchild Malina G., and his dearest lifelong friend Madeline Bantom, and her children and grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, June 1st, at Lawn Croft Cemetery, 1000 W. Ridge Rd., Linwood, PA.
