Our deepest condolences to George and his daughter Geniaat this sad moment. Genie always was such a kind and caring woman, inviting neighbors to luncheons and Bible studies or talks. She once came up and gave me step-by-step instructions for a huge batch of the best cinnamon buns I've ever had. I have the recipe and think I should make a batch to see if I can come close to her skill. She will be greatly missed in our neighborhood.

Genie was a dedicated woman of God. Her faithfulness to blessing kids through Vacation Bible School for years, and blessing adults through sharing Stonecroft Bible studies was unparalleled. Genie was a woman to be admired. She came back from cancer to run the Vacation Bible School. She also reached out to help her neighbors. She enjoyed baking and won prizes for her pie...a woman of many talents and a child of our Lord Jesus Christ. Harriet Widlund
