Obituary of Charles H. Nelson

Chuck "gwshark" "sharkie" "the shark" Nelson III, age 63 of Garnet Valley, PA died peacefully on October 16, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born & raised as a Delaware County resident, he was a longtime resident of Garnet Valley, PA. Chuck was employed by BP Oil in Trainer for 30 years and recently for the past 10 years as a school bus driver for the Garnet Valley School District. He was an avid sports enthusiast and loved to play softball, volleyball, disc golf and golf. He also had a love for fishing and the outdoors. He was kind and generous and will be missed by his family & numerous friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles. Chuck is survived by his wife of 40 years, Jeanie, 2 children, Chaz and wife Julie, and Kristina and husband Seth, his mother, Stella, brother, Ken and 3 grandchildren, Luke, Wesley & Campbell. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA where friends may call from 9:30 - 10:30AM. Services are at 10:30 AM. Interment is at Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Broomall, PA.
