Obituary of Virginia Joann Lowe

Joann Lowe, age 87 of Aston, PA passed away on December 22, 2021 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born to Verdie & Ida Sessions Stancliff in East St. Louis, IL, Joann resided in Aston, PA, previously residing in Bethel Twp., PA. Employed by Apple Vacations, Joann was a Marketing Manager. She was devoted to her faith and a member of the Ogden Baptist Church. Joann volunteered for 35 years on the Junior Board at Taylor Hospital. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Lowe Sr. who died in 2017, 2 sons, Jonathan Lowe Sr. & Jerrold Lowe, grandson, Jonathan Lowe Jr. and 3 brothers, Lloyd, Richard & Norman Stancliff. She is survived by 2 sons, James L. Lowe Jr. and wife Dorothy and Jeffrey Lowe and wife Jane, 23 grandchildren and great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on January 3rd, Monday from 9:30-10:30AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Service at 10:30AM.
