Obituary of Joseph Lawrence Mann Sr.

Joseph Lawrence Mann, Sr., age 77 of Chester, PA, passed away at Taylor Hospital on December 21, 2021. Born to Anthony and Theresa Marconi Mann in Ridley Park, PA, Joseph was raised in Trainer, PA before residing in Chester. Joseph was a high school graduate who worked as a painter/maintenance man for the Chester Upland School District for 32 years before retiring. In his free time, Joseph enjoyed boating and spending time with his family. He loved being a part of his grandchildren's lives and enjoyed sharing their lives and hobbies with them. Devoted to his faith, Joseph was a member of Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Eddystone. In addition to his parents, Joseph is preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Ann Herron. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Maryanne Winiasz Mann, children, Joseph Mann, Jr., Anthony Mann and Alyssa Mann-Rodriguez, siblings, Anthony Q. Mann and Rose Marie Everetts, and grandchildren, Michael and Daniel Mann, and Samuel and Matthew Rodriguez. Funeral services will remain private.
