Obituary of Francis J. Bosio

Francis J. Bosio, age 92 of Glen Mills, PA passed away on December 18, 2021 at Rose Court in Maris Grove. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Francis resided in the Maris Grove community for the past 2 years, previously residing in Concord Rivera in Glen Mills for 19 years and prior residing in Havertown, PA. An owner and operator for Bosio Metal Specialties Inc. which is still in operation today by his family in North Wales, PA. Francis was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church and past member of the Optimist Club in Harvertown. He enjoyed summers at his 2nd home in Margate, NJ. Francis served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. In addition to his parents, John and Tecla Ragozzino Bosio, Francis is preceded in death by a brother, Emanuel Bosio. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Helena A. Celona Bosio, 2 children, Christopher F. (Catharine) Bosio and Andrea J. Bosio, brother, John Bosio and sister, Rosetta Tenuto, 3 grandchildren, Samuel Bosio, Christopher and Sean Monaghan. A visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 7, from 9:30-10:30AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 430 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills, PA, followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:30AM. Interment S.S.
