Dearest Mother: To the everlasting star of my universe, I shall miss thy soul until the end of time. My beloved best friend, who never left my side, even into adulthood. You were an old soul and adored the simple ways of long ago, you cherished your children and friends the most and you were always a great host. You were always here for me, April and Joe, to listen our frees and problems of the day, "always telling us that it wiould all be okay and that you loved us. You were the glue that kept us together. You gave us life, raised us into the individuaIs we are today. I remember the times you would sing to us, dance with us , play with us on the floor, bake us your famous jelly rolls and hot cocco and watch the same movies over and over. Your journey into the clouds and the gladitor called cancer, who took your final breath, is still a frozen shock to us all, wtf! You were taken into the arms of the angels way too soon. I love and adore you so much that my heart breaks each moment that you are not here on earth. I will miss you forever. We will miss you forever. Thank you for being our mom and loving us to the very end here on earth and beyond the clouds into the galaxies of immortal life. And.. thank you April for being my sister, Joe for being my brother, Aunt Mary for your love and only connection to our mom, your sister, my beloved husband Ed and daughter Meghan for your love and support, my brother in law James for your support and to all the doctors, nurses and hospice nurses from Chester County Hospital in West Chester, Pa, for taking care of our Mom, till her time of existence conspired. Blessed be.

So many thoughts going through my head I don't know where to start. I'm so thankful for the time we shared together but so sad it ended way to soon! We still had "sister stuff" to do ! Today was a very sad day going to your house with you not there to greet me at the door. Shirley, you had the biggest heart and you were there for any one who needed you. I will truly miss your laughter. This one is going to take some time to get over. I hope you know that I will keep a watchful eye over your family. I miss you so much..... And to Nic and April and Jo.... I'm there for you always ! I love you all .... Aunt Mare
