Obituary of Albina Sarafina Baldino

Albina Sarafina Baldino, age 86, of Brookhaven, PA passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.  Born in Chester, PA and raised in Milmont Park, PA, Albina resided in Brookhaven since 1962.  She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and a longtime parishioner at Our Lady of Charity Catholic Church.  Albina worked as a pharmacy technician at PathMark for over 25 years and met her husband Albert when she was a secretary at Boeing Vertol.  She loved summers at the shore in Diamond Beach, New Jersey and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.   Her favorite pastime was cooking Sunday dinners for family, and she also enjoyed going to the casinos.  

Albina was preceded in death by her parents, Florindo "Charlie" and Mary Tolomeo Ballerino, her husband Albert D. Baldino and her sister Theresa Ballerino (Urian).  Albina is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Amalfitano Ludwig (Buddy), her three children, Mark Baldino, John (Kate) Baldino, Mary (Dave) Curcio, and her five grandchildren, Caitlin (Bryan) Ely, Matthew Baldino, Corrine, Alex and Rachel Curcio.   A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021, from 10:00 - 10:45 am at Our Lady of Charity Catholic Church, 231 Upland Road, Brookhaven, PA 19015, followed by a Mass at 11:00 AM.  Interment will follow at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.  Online condolences may be made by visiting www.paganofuneralhome.com
