Many prayers and love to Aunt Sandy, little Larry and Jason. Uncle Larry was a great man of MANY talents. I will be forever grateful to own several beds, dressers, wardrobes built by his hands. He was always there to help me, my mom and especially Nana.

Dear Sandy, Jason, Larry and Laura, What a blessing to have known Larry and all of you. Larry was always ready to help. His woodworking skills were amazing. Even more wonderful was his love for all of you. May our Lord comfort you during this
time of great loss. My love and prayers to all of you

I am far beyond sorry for your loss. I met Larry in the early '60s when we worked as transmission mechanics. I was impressed as soon as I met him. He worked hard for every good thing he was able to find in life. I have yet to meet the "perfect person". but Larry was definitely one of the Angels that walk among us. His love for his wife and sons was never close to being in question. It was written all over his face when he talked about them. And the laughter in his voice when he told of "adventures with his sons" had us all laughing. When I was about to get married; Larry gave me some advice that has effected my life ever since. He said don't wast money on a fancy apartment. You are not going to stay there and it will never belong to you. He said "spend as little as you can. Life on what your wife makes and put your check in the bank. You are going to need all that you can safe to buy a home for your future. And If you can't get by on what she makes you willl never make it on what you make with kids." That was '68 and Larry was driving a "cheap chevy" sedan (room for the boys) when the rest of the guys in the shop were driving fancy cars. But Larry already was living in a home to be VERY proud of. And a fabulous to care for the family that he loved so deeply. God sure ly has a great place for him now.
