Obituary of Louise Lydia Mitchell

Louise L. Mitchell, age 57 of Linwood, PA passed away on August 13, 2021 at Seasons Hospice in Phoenixville Hospital. Born to Ralph E. and Erma L. Kindt Malloy in Morristown, NJ, Louise was raised in Garden City, PA. She has resided in Linwood, PA for the past three years and previously resided in Trainer, PA for over 15 years. Louise was a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 15 years at local nursing facilities. She was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Louise enjoyed crotcheting, dancing, and loved various types of music, especially Elvis and the musical group "Alabama." Most of all, Louise loved spending time with her family and grand babies, especially at Christmas and holiday dinners. In addition to her parents, Louise is preceded in death by her first husband, Willam R. Mitchell and her brother, Ralph E. Malloy, Jr. She is survived by her long time companion, Ernest L. Norton, her children; Jessica (Vincent) Waxman, Anna Mitchell (Luke Kehler), Chantel Smutz (Brian Kilmer, Sr.), Ernest L. (Amanda) Norton, Jr. and Rodney Norton, her eight grandchildren; Mia, Brayden, MacKenzie, Gemma, Brian, Briella, Isabella, and Raelyn, and her sister, Judith A. Malloy-Norton, and Chrissy and Rebecca Norton, who were like daughter's to her. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 27, from 10-11 AM at ONE in Christ Community Church, 2145 Graves Rd, Hockessin, DE 19707 with a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
