Obituary of Hillary Diana Reeder-Kitchen

Hillary Diana Reeder-Kitchen, age 37 of Parkside, PA, passed away suddenly on July 8, 2021 at home. Born to Thomas and Claudia Poole Reeder at Riddle Memorial Hospital in Media, PA, Hillary was raised in Chester and lived in Parkside for the last 5 years. She graduated from The Christian Academy in 2002, and afterwards attended Neumann University. During her high school years Hillary excelled in volleyball, where she served as Team Captain. Hillary was quite athletic and also starred on her softball teams at both her school and the Media Petticoat League. Hillary was a Certified Peer Specialist and her greatest desire was to help those suffering through mental illness. Devoted to her faith, Hillary was a member of the North Chester Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Thomas and Claudia Reeder, Hillary is survived by her husband of 3 years, Kyle J. Kitchen, brother, Jordan (Samantha) Reeder, sister, Verity (Donald) Miller, maternal grandmother, Diana Poole, nieces and nephews, Luke, Charlotte, and Audrey Reeder, Mason, Cadence, and Michaela Miller, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 14th from 9:30AM-10:45AM at North Chester Baptist Church, 2331 Providence Ave. Chester, PA, followed by a funeral service at 11:00AM. Interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery, 1000 Ridge Rd. Linwood, PA. Donations in Hillary's name may be made to either the North Chester Baptist Church or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.
