Obituary of Nilda E. Prestera

Nilda E. Prestera, age 80 of Absecon, NJ passed away on June 27, 2021 at her son's home. Born in Bell Ville, a city in the province of Córdoba, Argentina, Nilda resided in Absecon, NJ, previously residing in Melrose Park, PA. She was devoted to her faith and family. She enjoyed gardening and working with her husband in the various restaurants they owned. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ramόn Rivadero and Nélida Maldez, and a sister, Tita Barile. Nilda is survived by her husband of 52 years, Eduardo Prestera, a son, Gustavo Prestera and his wife Mae, 2 siblings; Oscar Rivadero and Martha Maldez, 3 grandchildren; Edward, Mary Kate and Max Prestera. A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021, 9:15-10:15AM, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (New Church), 430 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills, PA, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM.
