Obituary of Stanley A. Wisniewski Sr.

Stanley A. Wisniewski, Sr., age 85 of Upper Chichester, PA, passed away on May 22, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. Stosh was born and raised in West Conshohocken. He resided in Upper Chichester for the past seven and a half years and previously in Ridley Park for 50 years. He was a lifelong truck driver and longtime member of Teamsters Local 500 in Philadelphia. His hobbies were gardening and fishing. He also loved a good poker game but, his devoted children and grandchildren were his greatest joy. As they would say, "Best Pop Pop ever!"

He is preceded in death by his parents Walter Wisniewski and Victoria Gimza Wojnarowicz, also his oldest son Harry A. Wisniewski (2004) and his youngest daughter Tricia Wisniewski Ankney, (2014).

Stanley was the 13th of 14 children. His brothers and sisters, save one sister, Verna DeSantis, have all passed. He is also survived by his wife of 56 years Patricia Hogan Wisniewski , son Stanley A. Wisniewski Jr., daughters Shelley Ross and Christine (Sean) Ardes, also grandchildren, Mandy Wisniewski, Christine (Rich) Stief, Thomas Jensen, Joseph Wisniewski and Emily Ross.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, 9-10 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed funeral services at 10AM.
