Obituary of Virginia A. Dillon

Virginia "Ginnie" A. Dillon, age 69, of Linwood, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 13, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Ginnie was born in Chester, PA, but was raised in Linwood. She was a Linwood resident since 1981 and previously resided in Chester, PA. Ginnie had worked as a manager in the jewelry department at Walmart and K-Mart. In her spare time, Ginnie loved to shop with her family. The holidays were here favorite time of the year, where she found spending time with her family as the most precious gift. She loved her family dearly, and enjoyed cooking traditional family dinners. Ginnie is preceded in death by her parents; Walter E. Parker Jr. and Marian E. (Todd) Parker, brothers; Donald Parker, Richard Parker, H. Todd Parker, and a sister Margaret Williams. She is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years; Roy E. Dillon, son; Roy E. Dillon Jr. (Kristie), grandchildren; Desirae Dillon and Roy P. Dillon, brother; Walter E. Parker III of Glen Mills, PA, sisters; Katherine Loveland of Middletown, PA, Louise Nickerson of Boothwyn, PA, and Marilyn Spandi of Aston, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to Ginnie's Funeral services on February 18, 2016 at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Road, Garnet Valley, PA 19060. Visitation will be held from 10-11AM, followed by a 11AM Funeral Service. Burial will immediately follow to Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Ginnie's name can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
