Obituary of Kathleen T. Dodds

Kathleen T. Dodds, age 77 of Linwood, PA, passed away on March 17, 2021 at home. Born to Donald and Marian Pearson Harkins in Chester, PA, Kathleen was a longtime resident of Chichester, PA. She graduated from Chester High School, Class of 1962, and married her sweetheart, Thomas F. Dodds. Kathleen worked as an Executive Secretary in the trucking industry in her younger years. She was a member of St. John Fisher church for many years. Kathleen enjoyed reading, however her true passion was bowling. She coached bowling at the Holiday Lanes in Claymont, DE, she served as Secretary of the State Young American Bowling Alliance, and was the Co-Founder of the Delaware State Youth Scholarship Fund. In addition to bowling, she also enjoyed playing cards and visiting the casino. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She left a legacy of bowlers with her son, Mark Dodds, his wife, Kelli, and her two grandchildren, Kailin and Mark, Jr. She is also survived by her three sisters; Donna Harkins, Linda Zoladkiewicz, and Cheryl Gargano.
