Obituary of Jesse B. Palmer

Jesse Barr Palmer, age 43, of Glen Mills, PA, passed away on March 1, 2021. Born to Linda and Roy Palmer in Chester, PA on November 25, 1977, and raised in Wallingford, Jesse recently resided in Wilkes Barre, PA. Jesse was a graduate of Strath Haven High School. He was a plumber by trade and a very talented home renovator, and was employed by Bedrock Environmental Services, owned by John Carson of Wilkes Barre, PA. When he was not working, Jesse could be found helping his grandmother, aunts, cousins and friends with numerous home renovation projects. Jessie enjoyed fishing, archery, and watching his favorite Philadelphia Union Soccer team and he had fond memories of spending time at Elk View Shores in Maryland with his grandparents and cousins. In addition to his parents, Linda and Roy Palmer, Jesse is survived by a daughter, Brynn Catherine Kelly, his younger brother, Joshua B. Palmer, his favorite niece, Harper Palmer, his grandmother, Eleanor Garvey, and Reynaldo Santiago, a close family friend. Jesse will be missed by his large extended family and friends. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 6th from 9-10:30 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA, followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM.
