Obituary of William F. Smart

William F. "Bill" Smart, age 77 of Glen Mills, PA passed away on February 2, 2021 at Rose Court at Maris Grove. Born in West Orange, NJ, he resided for the past 3 years in the Maris Grove community in Glen Mills, previously residing in Bowie, MD. A Quality Control Inspector, Bill worked for Honeywell. Bill, at one time, was quite involved in Boy Scouts serving as an assistant Scoutmaster. He enjoyed working with his hands and making fine cabinetry. He also enjoyed camping, fishing and was known as a Washington Redskins fan. Bill served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He is preceded in death by his father, John Stuart Smart and his mother, Lily Thomsen. Bill is survived by his wife of 50 years, Bonnie Taylor Smart, daughter, Kristie (Scott) Fugich, son, Sean (Yuichi Osaki) Smart, a brother, Jack Smart III and a sister, Susie Harrison, Funeral Services and Interment will remain private.
