Obituary of Nicholas A. Fleming Sr.

Nicholas A. Fleming, Sr., age 98 of Jupiter, FL passed away on January 27, 2021 at Trustbridge Hospice in West Palm Beach, FL. Born to Albert and Adelina Amore Fleming in Perry Point, MD, and raised in Concord Township. Nicholas moved to Florida and lived there for the last 20 years. He was the owner and operator of his own Auto Service Station. Nicholas was a member of St. Thomas The Apostle Church. He bravely served in the United States Army where he earned the rank of Sergeant during World War II. In addition to his parents, Nicholas is preceded in death by his loving wife, Sophie O'Konski Fleming, who passed in 2007, and 2 siblings; Helen Smith and Ralph Fleming. He is survived by 5 children; Nicholas Fleming Jr, Kathleen (Buddy) Kida, Carol (Wayne) Chechila, Donna (Clayton) McCane, and Gerry (Louis Cortese) Fleming, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. His Funeral Mass and burial at St. Thomas The Apostle Church in Glen Mills, PA will remain private.
