I was the flower girl at my Aunt Sandra and Uncle Billy's wedding. I remember going to their house when I was a little girl and she showed me how to use those Wilton icing decorator tips and let me make flowers and fancy decorations on a cake. Even though I didn't get to see my Aunt Sandra much, when I got married and moved to Virginia, we exchanged Christmas cards with hand-written letters every year, and she was so supportive and encouraging in those letters, and always included a small gift for my two children. She was a very smart, kind, calming, and compassionate woman. Rest in Peace Aunt Sandra. Thoughts and prayers to my Uncle Billy. Love, Karen and Paul, Alina, and Paul Jr.

I am so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. Working with her at St. Francis, I was so blessed to regularly witness her kind and loving spirit. She was a dedicated medical laboratory scientist and friend. Many times I would walk into work around the time of my birthday and find a little gift bag or card from Sandy if she'd recently been working. Sandy was a truly selfless soul. If we could all love a little bit more like Sandy, the world would be a better place.

To Sandra's Family: On Behalf of the entire Class of 1958 from Ridley Park High, I want to extend our deepest sympathy for the passing of Sandra. She was a very special person and demonstrated that at a very young age, first by her dedication to her school work and studies and later when she added her Masters from Drexel University . She accepted her Lord at a very young age as well, and served him throughout her entire life. Her career in the medical profession was a blessing to the thousands of patients that she took care of with her special skills and discipline.(I was one of them many years ago)
Know that she is remembered fondly by everyone that knew her. I have received words of caring and special remembrances from classmates, both local and from across the country . May God give her peace and rest in Heaven.

Aunt Sandy will be remembered by me from being the ring bearer at her wedding 52 years ago, as her nephew, to this recent lunch for one of her great nephews, and all the many wonderful times between. ; _ ;

My Aunt, my namesake! Our annual beach trips with Mom and Aunt Sandy provided wonderful memories full of good food and laughter!! I am glad my Mom has her sister with her again and I am sure she is already telling her "here's what you need to do!"
