Obituary of John J Fierraro

John J. Fierraro, age 74, of Cochranville, PA passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Hazelton, PA; he has resided in Cochranville for the past five years, previously residing in St. Petersburg, FL and in the Delaware County area.   He was a respiratory therapist for over 44 years, with the last 35 years at Riddle Memorial Hospital before retiring in 2007.  John was a member of Calvary Chapel in Chester Springs, PA.  He enjoyed fishing, scuba diving, and vacationing.  John loved animals and particularly his dogs, Lydia, Micco and Tehya.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Eiger Fierraro and his brother, Jerry (Edna) Fierraro.  John is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Donna Maria (Tomassetti) Fierraro; three children, John (Lauren) Fierraro, Hope Fierraro, and Deirdre (Lendon) Pridgen; his step-daughter, Michelle (Brian) Mozzoni; and his brother, Frank (Eileen) Fierraro, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  His love was also shared with his many nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and their families.  A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2020, 9:30 - 11AM at Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a memorial service at 11AM.  Interment will be private.  Donations may be made in John's memory to the Calvary Chapel of Chester Springs, 217 Dowlin Forge Rd, Exton, PA 19341.  Online condolences may be made by visiting (www.paganofuneralhome.com).
