Obituary of Joan M. O'Neill

Joan M. O'Neill, age 83 of West Grove, PA passed away on December 22, 2020 at Newport Meadows Nursing Home. Born to William and Elizabeth Kelly Moore, she was raised & educated in Upper Darby, PA. Joan resided the past 17 years in West Grove, PA previously residing in Springfield, PA. Joan worked as a Podiatrist Assistant for 14 years. She was a member of Assumption B.V.M. Catholic Church, devoted to her faith, she and her husband attended church weekly. Joan loved dancing, as well as summers in Ocean City, NJ. She was a huge Philadelphia sports fan and in her younger years, helped coach for the Westbrook Park Youth Club. She is preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth Liberti and brother William Moore Jr. Joan is survived by her husband of 61 years, Harry A. O'Neill Sr., 2 sons, Harry A. (Karen) O'Neill, Jr., and Stephen E.(Corey) O'Neill, 6 grandchildren; Jason (Sarah) O'Neill, Jeremy O'Neill, Eric O'Neill, Scott O'Neill, Jacob O'Neill and Joshua O'Neill, 5 step grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, Rileigh O'Neill and Jason O'Neill Jr. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 29, from 9:15-10:15AM at Assumption B.V.M. Church, 300 State Rd, West Grove, PA followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM. Interment S.S. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
