Obituary of Esther J. Bjornstad

Esther J. Bjornstad, age 91 of Downingtown, PA passed away on December 15, 2020 at Naamans Creek Country Manor. Born to Harold & Hazel Shultz Lewis in Phila, PA, she resided in Buckingham Springs, PA, previously Willingboro, NJ. Esther taught Business at the Willingboro High School for over 25 years before her retirement. She and her husband were members of the Sons of Norway Lodge in Bensalem, PA. In her spare time, she enjoyed yardwork and genealogy. Esther was a veteran of the Air Force where she served during the Korean War. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Peter M.S. Bjornstad who died in 2016 and a sister, Sheila Hamilton. Esther is survived by 2 children, Peter S. Bjornstad and his wife Diane and Sheila M. Bjornstad, 3 sisters, Peggy Barton, Harnet DiFabio & Frances Pratt and 2 grandchildren, Chris & Michelle Bjornstad.
