Obituary of Anna Ewing Lee

Anna Ewing Lee, age 101, of Ogden, PA passed away on December 13, 2020 at Sunrise of Granite Run in Media, PA. Born Anna Ewing Burdett on July 23,1919 to Wilfred and Eva Ewing Burdett in Rowlandsville, MD, Anna married Charles Thomas "Tom" Lee, Sr. on March 1, 1941. They spent 53 years together before his passing on June 10, 1994. Anna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a homemaker and later in life went to work at the Media Court House for Delaware County Legal Offices as a secretary. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed her summer place at Buttonwood Beach. She was a woman of few needs who had great intuition and always put others before herself. She was compassionate and giving; words cannot do her justice. In addition to her parents and husband, Anna is preceded in death by her daughter in law, Maryanne Lee and 6 brothers, Fred, Harvey, Robert, Lee, Samuel and Richard Burdett. She is survived by 2 sons, Charles T. "Tom " (Carole) Lee, Jr. and Robert E. "Bob" (the Late Maryanne) Lee, 3 grandchildren, Charles "Chuck" T. (Cathy) Lee III, Kenneth "Ken" M. (Tracy) Lee and Jennifer (Matt) Wase, 5 great grandchildren, Kristen, Chad, Braden and Evan Lee and Carley Presinger. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, funeral services will be held privately, however Livestreamed Services will be available precisely at 2PM on Monday, December 21st.
