Obituary of Hector Luis Rivera

Hector Luis "Tito" Rivera, age 31 of Chester, PA passed away suddenly on October 20, 2020 at his home. He was born to Ricardo Diaz and Maria Rivera in Puerto Rico, but raised in Chester, PA by his mother and step-father, Andresito Santiago. Hector enjoyed watching movies, trying many different foods, listening to all genres of music, and playing video games. Above all, he cherished his time spent with his family. Hector was an incredibly special son, brother, and friend. He was smart, loving, and kind, always putting others before himself. His big smile and his laughter brought joy to anyone who met him. He will be missed dearly by his friends and family. Hector is survived by his parents, step-father, siblings; Keyla (Josh Reynolds) Santiago, Ricardo Santiago, and Veronica Santiago, his favorite aunt, Yolanda Rivera, best friends; Charles Tiffany and Sarah, and his faithful dog, Leyla. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, from 10-11:30AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:30AM.
