Obituary of Thomas J. Boggs

Thomas J. Boggs, age 73 of Garnet Valley, PA passed away unexpectedly on October 19, 2020 after a short battle with lung cancer. Born to James & Lillian Timoszuk Boggs, he was raised in Darby, PA. Tom has resided the past 15 years in the Foxfield development of Bethel Twp. He previously resided in Secane, PA & Glenolden, PA. A 1965 graduate from Bonnor H.S., he attended RETS Electronic Technical School. After serving in the Navy during the Vietnam War, Thomas was an Electronics Technician for Boeing for 30 years retiring in 2010. He was a member of the UAW Retirees and SEPGRA Model Railroad Club. in addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, James Boggs. Tom is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jacqueline Hibbard Boggs, a son, Thomas Boggs Jr. and his wife, Dena, 2 grandchildren, Madison & Gavin Boggs, several nieces & nephews and his loving furry companion, Maisy. A visitation will be held on Monday, October 26, from 10-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed by funeral liturgy at 11:00AM. Interment will remain private.
