Obituary of Cynthia L. Lewandowski

Cynthia L. Lewandowski, age 59, of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Inglis House. She had been living with and fighting against Multiple Sclerosis for the past 12 years.. Born to Francis J. and Anna Suscewicz Lewandowsk in Wilkes-Barre PA, she was raised in Luzerne County. Cyndi graduated from Gwyned-Mercy College with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and community services for the disabled. She worked in the field for a number of years and for Delaware County Public Assistance. Cyndi was a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Phillies. Her favorite team was the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team. You rarely saw her without a baseball cap supporting them. While residing at Inglis House, she developed a talent for computer art. The Bryn Mawr Art Abilities Program exhibited her works for 3 successive years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Francis A. Lewandowski. Cynthia is survived by her sister, Bonnie Lewandowski. Funeral services will be Private.
