A valiant voice for the sanctity of life. A stalwart defender of the unborn. She was untiring and relentless in her work to return our country to a culture of life. Her quick smile, unique wit and charm were enormously engaging. Her faithfulness was a challenge to us all to be heralds of truth to our world no matter the cost. Surely she was greeted at heaven's gate by myriads of gleeful babies who ushered her to the side of Our Lord. Then it's likely she heard these words "Well done, my good and faithful servant. Now enter into the home of my Father." Thank you, Lord for the life of Dee Becker and her gift to us.

To Maryellen and Family. My mom CONNIE GROSS from IVY Creek wanted me to extend her deepest sympathies to you and your entire family. She spoke very highly of your family and will miss your mom and visits from your family at Ivy. She was very sad to hear the news but giggled at the actual age of your mom. " I think she told me she was always younger than me and SHE was a year older".... Blessings to you all , we will keep you in our prayers.

Dee was a close friend of my Mom, Pauline Swann, and I loved her delightful personality, sense of humor, and the way she really cared about people. She and Dick are together again, probably helping to organize something ‘upstairs’! God bless you all.

We send our condolences to the Becker Family on Dee’s passing.
There will always be the cherished memories of Mass, Catholics United for the Faith
and Delaware Pro-Life Coalition meetings held at her home.
She stood up to defend Human Life in all its stages from the very beginning.
She was a great Lady.
Her legacy lives on.

Dear Becker Family,
I was so sad to learn of Dee's passing. I had tried to call her numerous times and could never get through. Marie Graney sent me a text just moments ago to let me know about the graveside service and I was able to watch it just in time. We only lived in Wilmington for 3 years, but Dick and Dee became very good friends. They took me to many pro-life events and I was introduced to many pro-life leaders from around the country. She was a special lady and taught me so much about the Catholic faith and all things pro-life. We moved back to Idaho in '97 and we kept trying to get to get them to come and visit us here in the Northwest. After we returned to Idaho we visited Dick and Dee several times when they lived at the beach and then again when they moved back to Wilmington. The last time we were there was in the Spring about 2 years ago and we visited her and Buddy at that time. She was a great lady and friend. it was an honor and a blessing to have known her. May she rest in peace.

Dee was a great and beautiful servant of God and an inspired pro-life champion. She was a friend whose love and support we will never forget. Her legacy lives on in her wonderful family. We will pray a Divine Mercy Chaplet for her every day and we know that God and 50 million babies greeted her on her arrival home. Love Pat and John Radell

I am so sorry for all of us.... Delawareans, Americans, and everyone who can appreciate the God-given Right to Life, for the loss of our hero, Dee Becker. May God welcome her into the abode of His Love. Reward her for all she has done for those of His silenced creations before they had experienced all He had desired for them and God forgive us for our disregard for His Will. Peace and comfort to her family and Masses said for Dee and those left to mourn her. And Dee, remember you and Dick were always Barbie and Ken!
Love,
Ann

I have fond memories of Dee as a champion of the unborn. Our friendship goes back to the 1980's when she rescued the bodies of abandoned aborted babies and arranged for their burial at Cathedral Cemetery. I also was associated with her as a fellow parishioner of Holy Child. She was a loving and caring lady who gave so much for the right to life cause. I am honored to have known her and will always remember her, kindness, compassion and sense of humor. She was a true lady. I am sure she is up in heaven giving everyone their marching orders.

A light in the darkness. A voice in the wilderness. A valiant soldier in the fight for the sanctity of life. With a charming wit and a gentle smile she fought the good fight. Relentless and untiring, she worked to return our nation to a culture of life. We thank God for her leadership and example of undying faith and unwavering conviction to stand for truth. May she now hear the voice of the One who called her into the battle and who now welcomes her home, along with millions of little ones waiting to greet her at the gate---------"Well done, my good and faithful servant. Now enter into the home of my Father."

Dear Becker Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I will always remember your mother and am so thankful to God for all she taught me and all the conversations we had with my mother. Although I was young, I attended state conventions with both she and my mother and received much wisdom for life. I can't imagine what my life would have been like without her influence and directions in the culture of death which we still battle against daily. I have to also share that she was a lot of fun to travel with and sit next to as well! The pro life world will sorely miss her but we will depend on her prayers from above. Rest in peace, Dee.
