Frank I will forever remember what a kind gentle person you are. You have left us all way too early. Pool parties won't be the same without you walking through my back gate with a box of stromboli's in your hand. Love to you until we meet again. My deepest sympathy to the entire Gallagher family.

My sincere condolences to Frank’s family. I’ve known him most of my life, and know him to be a great friend and a sweet guy. I had the opportunity to spend some time with him during our class reunion in July 2019, and was struck again by his quiet and kind demeanor. Frank will be very missed. May he rest in peace.

"I guess it's not what you take when you leave this world behind you It's what you leave behind you when you go." My deepest condolences to the Gallagher and Riggio families for their loss. Frank was my lifetime friend and like a brother to my wife and I. His passing at such an early age is devastating and sad. Godspeed my friend until we meet again!
