To all Gloria's Family,
My cousin Gloria was the "Little Sister" I never had - being a year apart in age we shared many August birthdays - and she'll be missed by me and everyone who knew her. She had a beautiful smile and was always fun to be around. Growing up in Essington in the 30's and 40's had us doing all sorts of things inside and outside every day - no TV or Electronic Devices in those days to make us "Couch Potatoes"! All of us have our favorite memories of her that will never be forgotten - she was a wonderful Mother - Grandmother - Wife - Sister - Cousin - Aunt - Niece and Friend - and our favorite Nick-name for each other was "Cousingale"!
Love you, Cousingale! Your Cousin, Betts or Betty (Welden) Harwell, Linda (Harwell) Key, Tommy Harwell and Families from Lake Alfred, Auburndale and Apopka, Florida.l

Whenever I saw Aunt Gloria she was always laughing with my Nana (Ruth aka Boopie), and her nails were always impeccable. Everyone will miss her, but at least she can laugh with her sisters again.

I loved "Aunt" Gloria!! I put Aunt in quotations because actually she was a cousin but growing up she was our Aunt just like her 3 other sisters. Aunt Gloria was so lovable! She laughed a lot and was a good listener. I will remember her fondly!!
Much love to Gloria, Gail, Brian and Mark! Your cousin, Karen Welden

Gloria has been my very special friend for 56 years. We laughed together, we cried, shared happy times as well as sad ones. We both supported each other through good times and bad. It was like having a sister that I never had. We went on vacations together, had cookouts, shared family times, and spent many many years together. The last few years was very difficult for her. She had a lot of support from Dom, her true soulmate. My boys loved Gloria. She was Dwayne’s second mom when I was finishing college. He loved being with Gloria. I will miss her so much, we have always been there for each other. Remember I love you, Glor.
