Obituary of Jean A. Collins

Jean A. Collins, age 88 died on May 31, 2016 at Wallingford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Born in Linwood, PA, she resided most of her life in Woodlyn, PA. Jean retired from Sacred Heart Hospital where she was a Registered Nurse. She is preceded in death by her parents, John J. & Sarah E. Holt Grace, a daughter, Kathleen M. Montanano and is the last of 9 siblings. Jean is survived by a son and his wife, George W. & Debora Collins, a son in law, Eduardo Montanano, 9 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren. Visitation & services were held privately at the request of Jean. Interment was held in Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
