We were shocked and heartbroken to learn of Dave's passing. What a kind and special man. Sam I have been amazed to watch you grow up.. the closeness you and your dad shared was something that is rare and beautiful. Cherish the memories... rejoice in the happiness you shared. So sorry for your loss! I just saw Dave this summer after many years and he told me about Debbie, all so sad but he is with Debbie and with the Lord. I wish I could make the service but will be out of town. :(

I am stunned to learn of Dave’s passing. We were catching up just a week or so ago and afterward I was counting my blessings to have my old classmate as a friend. Your father was so proud of you, Samantha. He really appreciated your nightly calls and the time he spent with you. Dave was a kind-hearted man who loved his Lord, his family and his community. He no doubt touched many people with his kindness and warmth.
