Obituary of Leon Allan Chetty

Leon A. Chetty, age 85, passed away on April 11, 2024 at home. He was born and raised in Parkside, PA. For the past 63 years, he resided in Concord Township, PA. Lee and his wife, Bernice, owned and operated Chetty's Auto Sunroof Inc. for 42 years before retiring. Lee enjoyed nature, preserving history and conserving open space. He was a self-taught master stone mason, who loved building stone walls. He and his wife restored the historic property, including the beautiful house and barn built in 1742. Leon is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his loving wife, Bernice of 67 years, 5 children, Joyce (Joel) Chesney, Lee Chetty, Brenda (Fred) Rosati, Jill Kovac, Carl (Maria) Chetty, and 8 grandchildren.
