Open Letter from Mr. Pagano

Dear Friends,

My on-line profile gives you a glimpse into my background, but it does not adequately express who I am and what I believe when it comes to serving you in your time of mourning. Please allow me take this moment to disclose a bit of my self.

I was born and raised in the Delaware County area. I made the decision to stay in this area - to be here with my extended family, to raise my children in the same environment I have enjoyed so much, and to serve the community that has given so much to me and my family.

In 1992, I became a part of the Robert Moreland Funeral Home as a Funeral Director. The Moreland Funeral Home has been a well-established, recognized and repected institution in the Borough of Trainer, PA for decades. During my years there, I acquired the skill and expertise, and, truly, the insight and experience needed to branch out on my own.

In 1999, I signed an agreement of sale and purchased a plot of land known as 3711 Foulk Road, located across from the famous Booth's Corner Farmers' Market in Bethel Township, PA and just a 1/4 mile from the Delaware state line. In 2000, I founded the Pagano Funeral Home and started construction on the facility which you see today.

Starting from the ground up has allowed us to build a state-of-the-art facility. All of our areas are spacious, warm and comforting. Our facility is fully Handicapped Accessible. And, our amenities include a Coffee Lounge, a Large Viewing Room, a Gathering Room with a fireplace, an exterior overhang that can accommodate 2 cars side by side for passenger drop-off and pick-up, the largest funeral parking area in the Delaware County Area and a Supervised Children’s Room to which where children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren can retreat allowing parents to fully engage in the services without worry.

However, as the business grew, I decided in 2009 to expand the facilities and also add “On-Site Cremations”. Going through the proper procedures, I was approved on all levels, Local as well as State to install an On-Site Crematory therefore providing the peace of mind to our families we serve that their loved ones will always stay in our care. The expansion was also done to double the size of our facilities providing the ability to serve multiple viewings and families simultaneously.

We are licensed in both the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania. We extend our Personal and Professional Services on a 24-hour basis. We pride ourselves on personal commitment in assuring that families wishes be carried out to the finest details. Our funeral home stands a cut above not only in its resources and facilities, but in its ability to provide comforting, meaningful services for the bereaved.

We offer many different services including, but not limited to, traditional Funeral Services serving all faiths, pre-arranged Funeral Services, out-of-state services and shipping, cremations and gravesides.

As I guide the Pagano Funeral Home through its growth into the coming century, I personally commit to serving you and your family by providing the finest affordable funeral services possible and by ensuring the confidence, comfort, and peace of mind your family needs during such difficult times.

Sincerely,
Peter B. Pagano, Jr.
