Obituary of Elizabeth F. Garner

Elizabeth F. Garner, age 63 of Wilmington, DE, passed away on March 8th, 2024 peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family after battling cancer for several years. She was born and raised in Binghamton, NY, and resided in Wilmington, DE for the past 15 years, previously residing in New Jersey. Elizabeth has worked as a computer programmer for over 40 years for several companies. More recently, she helped develop code for mobile banking, such as Apple Pay. Elizabeth enjoyed playing computer games, gardening, pottery, baking, and spoiling her grand-animals. In addition to her parents, Frederick and Lucille Spengler Fenning,  Elizabeth is preceded in death by her brother, Frederick Fenning. She is survived by her son Chris Garner and his wife Denise,  6 siblings; Walter Fenning, John Fenning, Faith Kayes, Katherine Sparaco, Joseph Fenning, and Barbara Acker. A Viewing for Elizabeth will take place on Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 10-11AM at Pagano Funeral Home 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA 19060. A Funeral Service will follow at 11AM.
